Stipum is a bilateral declaration protocol. Before work begins both parties independently declare what they assume the engagement covers. Neither sees the other's declaration before submitting. The protocol generates a side by side comparison. Both parties acknowledge what it shows.

The record locks. Immutable, timestamped, attributed to each party by verified identity.
